Gérard is built as a two-stories building with Wild West style swinging doors. Windows lined the wall, and the second floor seems to be living quarters for Flare and other people.[1]

Restaurant Gérard is where the waitress Flare worked at. It is also the place where the famous swordsman Cyrano met the legendary swordsman Ryuma. When a penniless Ryuma was looking through the windows with a rather hungry expression, Flare gave him food.[1]
