The White Berets is a police force in Skypiea whose captain is McKinley.

They wear a characteristic uniform and perform their duties of tracking down criminals and labeling them with "decrees" of their being criminals, so as to establish a universal punishment. They seem to be mostly independant of any judiciary force, at least any seen one. They have no real extra human skills like the priests of the Upper Yard.

They have served under Enel, but have turned against him, when they discovered he planned to destroy all of Skypiea as a show off of him being a God and assist the people from Angel Island to get into safety.

Amongst the laws they poses are:

Attacking/threatening a White Beret
Not paying the toll to skypiea
Sleeping on the open beach loudly (sound pollution)
Protection of endangered animal/fish species (killing/catching/eating it is a crime, hurting it is not)
