Hera is a tall man with thick muscles. He is bare-chested and barefoot. He wears a spiked ridge helmet, studded wristbands, and a dark paludamentum. The back of his paludamentum bears his name and participant number. He also carries a longsword.

He is seen wielding a sword in the gladiator waiting room, but it is unknown how well he wields it.
