History[]
Wano Country Saga[]
Wano Country Arc[]
Following Orochi's order to arrest 1,000 individuals suspected of being rebels, Hikkomitsukumai stood guard outside of the cell housing them. When it became apparent that the inmates were arrested by mistake (an intentional plot by the rebels), Hikkomitsukumai's co-worker, Dashiteyaro, questioned why they were still holding them, and Hikkomitsukumai scoffed and reminded him that Orochi would never admit to a mistake.[1]
Trivia[]
- His name is a likely a pun on hikkomi ga tsukanai (引っ込みがつかない?, "can't back down now"), referring to his comment about Orochi.
