It can presumed the Hokahoka Pirates were quite strong, as they managed to travel to Jaya.
History[]
They were on Jaya at the same time as the Straw Hat Pirates. Nothing else is known about this crew.[1]
Trivia[]
- "Hoka hoka" is the sound effect of steam coming out of something warm, like a bowl of fresh rice.
