Horseman is an average-sized man with tanned skin and a visible abdominal muscle. Due to his SMILE ability, his head is that of a white horse with a gray mane. On his head, he wears a metal helmet with a yellow crest. He also wears a black leather vest, a fur coat, dark green pants, light brown gloves, and dark brown boots.

Horseman is a levelheaded and perceptive individual, keeping a close eye on his surroundings and warning Bao Huang when the Shinuchi is being careless.[1]

During the Raid on Onigashima, Horseman attended to Bao Huang on the balcony overseeing the Live Floor. When Bao Huang exclaimed that Kouzuki Momonosuke had fallen off Onigashima, Horseman recommended announcing this to everyone on the island to crush the morale of the samurai. Bao Huang agreed, and was about to do this when Nami, Usopp and Tama appeared behind them. Horseman warned Bao Huang about the presence of the Straw Hat Pirates, but Ulti soon entered the room and attacked the trio. Eventually, Ulti was defeated by Nami's Zeus-infused Clima-Tact, shocking Bao Huang and causing her to accidentally announce the defeats of Ulti and Page One to everyone on Onigashima. Horseman quickly alerted Bao Huang that her voice was being broadcast, but it was too late and Bao Huang was subsequently captured by Usopp's Midori Boshi: Devil.[1]
Anime and Manga Differences[]
In the manga, Horseman's fate after the defeat of Bao Huang is not depicted. In the anime, he is knocked off the balcony by Usopp's Midori Boshi: Devil when it catches Bao Huang.[1]
