The Hound Pets are a kidnapping group based in the Sabaody Archipelago, who kidnapped Keimi. They are led by Peterman.
History
The Hound Pets received information about the Straw Hats having a mermaid with them on Saboady Archipelego. While the Straw Hats were at Saboady Park, Peterman and the Hound Pets kidnapped Keimi. The Hound Pets took her to the Human Auctioning House, to be sold as a slave. They took Keimi's bag and handed her over to Disco's men.
After the Straw Hats rescued Keimi, they found the Hound Pets. Their ally, Duval, beat Peterman, and then takes Keimi's bag back, leaving the Hound Pets with a beaten leader.
