- Not to be confused with Lulusia Kingdom.
The Ilisia Kingdom[3][1] is a country in the West Blue. It is affiliated with the World Government, and its ruler is allowed a seat at the Levely.[4]
Citizens[]
Non-canonically, a "Princess Ilusia" (イルシア王女, Irushia Ōjo?)[note 1] has been mentioned as having lived over 100 years ago. While not elaborated upon, she appears to have been a royal of the Ilisia Kingdom.[5]
History[]
Past[]
The following events are Non-Canon and therefore not considered part of the Canon story.
At some point in the past, Princess Ilusia lived in the Ilisia Kingdom. During her time, she possessed a rare ring, which became famous as the "ring of Princess Ilusia" (イルシア王女の指輪, Irushia Ōjo no Yubiwa?).
About 100 years ago, the ring of Princess Ilusia was stolen by pirates, and was considered missing. It eventually made its way into Flip's hands, though it was later reclaimed by Rapanui Pasqua on the World Government's behalf.[5]
Concludes non-canon section.
Eight years ago, the kingdom was ruled by King Thalassa Lucas. During his reign, he participated in the Levely, where he pushed for further investigation into the fledgling revolutionary Monkey D. Dragon.[4]
During the Timeskip[]
At some point recently, Cezar succeeded Lucas as king.[6]
Levely[]
Cezar participated in the most recent Levely, and traveled to Mary Geoise on an Ilisia Kingdom-branded ship.[1]
Translation and Dub Issues[]
In the 4Kids dub, the mention of Princess Ilusia's ring was removed, with it instead being called the "South Sea Sapphire."
Trivia[]
- The Ilisia Kingdom was initially called the Ilusia Kingdom (イルシア王国, Irushia Ōkoku?, Funimation: "Illusia") in One Piece Blue: Grand Data File[2] and Episode 143.[5]
