Information-Savvy Jill is a resident of Steel City on Jail Island. She appeared in the video game One Piece: World Seeker.[1]
Appearance[]
Jill is a thin woman of average size with red hair with notable sections running down the side of her face. She wears a red sleeveless top over a white, long-sleeved shirt, both of which are cut off high leaving her belly button exposed. She also wears red pants and a white, wide-brimmed hat on her head.
Personality[]
Jill is well-known for taking the time to read and learn about current events and important figures, and so she possesses a good amount of knowledge of what is going on around her. In addition to the facts, she also talks about rumors she hears and tends to make her own deductions about unclear situations.[1]

One Piece: World Seeker[]
Jill was talking to the Anti-Marine faction leader Jeanne outside when Monkey D. Luffy approached him. Having heard of him and his crew, Jill revealed to him that the Marines had been making a commotion due to an orange-haired woman, whom she believed to be Nami, infiltrating their base. Jeanne then brought up the riot that had occurred the previous day, and Jill told Luffy that the Anti-Marine faction likely caused it, causing her and Jeanne to argue for a bit about how the riot played out. Jill then told Luffy that he should go to the Marine base to see if he can find any leads on where Nami might be if she was the woman that broke in.
Luffy and Jeanne later returned to Jill in order to ask if she had seen Vinsmoke Ichiji, Niji, and Yonji. Jill had no idea who they were talking about, but when Jeanne clarified that they were three men wearing gaudy shades of red, blue, and green, Jill revealed that she had seen them in the northwest part of the city.[1]
