Julian Hatt XIII[2] is a tanuki who acts as Chinpy's hat.

Julian Hatt XIII is a small tanuki with a striped tail. He is often sleeping, during which he wraps his tail around himself to look like a Straw Hat.
When Chinpy reacts to something, Julian Hatt XIII tends to imitate him.
History[]

Julian Hatt XIII accompanies Chinpy throughout his adventures with the Makiguso Pirates.[1][3]
Future[]
Twenty years later, Julian Hatt XIII continues to accompany Chinpy, even staying with him when he got arrested by the Marines.[4]
