Jumper is a man of average size. His most distinguishing trait is his helmet in the shape of an American football, with a white and red-striped design, and an arrow pointing down toward his face. Like other Gifters, he has a pair of horns sticking out of it as well. He wears a yellow shirt with letters "SB" on it, purple gloves, and a purple scarf. He appears to have a tattoo on his left arm, with a spotted and striped blue-yellow design.[1]
In the anime, Jumper is initially depicted as a dark-skinned man with no tattoos and no gloves. He wears a blue shirt with no designs and a yellow scarf. His helmet is completely white, but his headphones are blue and he has a protrusion on his forehead, which is quite different from the manga.[2] Later, his design would be changed to something much closer to the original, changing his shirt to white with letters "SD" on it, and his pants to green. While his helmet does not entirely match the manga, it does include the arrow, which is depicted as red. His scarf is also changed to a red coloring.[3]
Jumper appears to be quite confident in his abilities, as he seemed excited at the opportunity to defeat an enemy and become a Tobiroppo. He also seems to have an affinity for drinking and partying, as he carried a cocktail glass of alcohol.[1]
Abilities and Powers[]
Not much is known about Jumper's abilities, but he seemed confident in his strength to defeat an unknown enemy.[1]
As a Gifter, Jumper has consumed a Chinese Grasshopper SMILE (ショウリョウバッタのSMILE,Shōryōbatta no Sumairu?).[1] It allows him to grow a pair of grasshopper wings and grasshopper mandibles that he can use to slash enemies.[3] Unlike most other Gifters, Jumper seems to have advanced control over his fruit, able to activate and deactivate it at will.
History[]
Wano Country Saga[]
Wano Country Arc[]
During the Beasts Piratesparty, just prior to the Raid on Onigashima, Jumper was present with his allies. After the raid began, and Monkey D. Luffy made himself known, Queen made an announcement that he would eliminate one of the Tobiroppo and allow anyone who was able to defeat Luffy to take the spot. Jumper was excited upon hearing this, commenting on the nature of the task.[1] Later, Jumper and his crew would listen in to King's report about the rebels, and the order to kill Kouzuki Momonosuke.[2] Later, Jumper, Beegirl, and Battaman were all tamed by Kurozumi Tama and fought on her behalf against the Beasts Pirates.[3]
