Kaiman is a slim man wearing a New Royal Army uniform, consisting of a black cloak, black and gold chest armor, and a black skirt. He has a golden crocodile mask with a red feather.[1]

In the Arabasta Memoria where Crocodile took over, Kaiman was promoted to an Elite Guard in the New Royal Army. He was charged with protecting the Tomb of the Kings, but was easily defeated by the Straw Hat Pirates.
