Katorea is a town in the Alabasta Kingdom.
History
It is the Rebel Army's headquarters from the beginning of the Alabasta Arc, as they fled here after Yuba fell into ruins. Perfume is produced here and then is later shipped to Nanohana, a city to the west of Katorea that is famous for its perfume, to be sold. [1]
