Katsuzo's body was taken to the crematorium to be cremated, and his body burned until a skeleton and ashes remained. However, his cremation became notable as Kouzuki Oden used it to cook a pot of oden, and after Oden was finished eating, he left his sake gourd on Katsuzo's funeral pyre.[1]
