Kuen Village[1] is a village in the North Blue where Baby 5 was born.[2]
History
Kuen Village is an impoverished village which is seemingly suffering from a drought. Its citizens are malnourished and destitute. Their situation is bad enough that the mother of Baby 5 was convinced to abandon her daughter in the nearby mountains so that they wouldn't be forced to feed a person who couldn't help support the village for several years.
