History

Past

At some point in the past, Kumagoro bought the blueprints for Kaidou's fortress on Onigashima from a pawn shop. However, he let his rent pile up, causing his landlord Kobe to take the blueprints as payment.[1]

Wano Country Arc

Franky came to visit Kumagoro to look for the blueprints, and Kumagoro explained that Kobe had taken them.[1] Kumagoro celebrated during the Fire Festival alongside Kobe, Kisegawa, Tokijiro, and Rakuda, fantasizing with them about the Kozuki Family defeating Orochi and Kaidou.[2] He was later commenting on the Festival coming to a close as the citizens prepared to light the lanterns with their wishes to sent to their ancestors.
