Kumagoro is a resident of the Flower Capital in Wano Country. He once possessed the blueprints of Kaidou's fortress on Onigashima.[1]

Kumagoro is a man who appears to be of average height, and he has pale-purple hair gathered into a topknot. He wears a dark-orange kimono with lighter-orange vertical stripes.[1]

Kumagoro seems to not be mindful of his money, as he let his rent pile up.[1]

Past[]
At some point in the past, Kumagoro bought the blueprints for Kaidou's fortress on Onigashima from a pawn shop. However, he let his rent pile up, causing his landlord Kobe to take the blueprints as payment.[1]
Wano Country Arc[]
Franky came to visit Kumagoro to look for the blueprints, and Kumagoro explained that Kobe had taken them.[1] Kumagoro celebrated during the Fire Festival alongside Kobe, Kisegawa, Tokijiro, and Rakuda, fantasizing with them about the Kouzuki Family defeating Orochi and Kaidou.[2] He was later commenting on the Festival coming to a close as the citizens prepared to light the lanterns with their wishes to sent to their ancestors.[3]
