The Land of Ice[1] is a country mentioned, but not yet introduced.
Geography
Apparently the land was rather cold, living up to its name. The temperature was enough to kill the giant Oars when he was there, without the proper attire.
Citizens
The only person with a connection to the island so far was Oars. No citizens are known.
History
500 years ago, Oars went out onto the Land of Ice wearing nothing but a loincloth, and died from frostbite.[2] His corpse was found by Gecko Moria.[1]
