One Piece Wiki

The Lord of the Coast of Wano Country is a Sea King that inhabits the waters of the Wano Country.[1]

Appearance[]

The Lord of the Coast of Wano Country is a white, eel-like Sea King with orange highlights. It has an orange fin along its back and its underbelly, and scars along its body.

It heavily resembles the Lord of the Coast.

Personality[]

The Lord of the Coast of Wano Country appears to be very friendly for a Sea King, with little motivation to attack or prey on others. However, it remains an animal, and will lash out against anything it sees when in pain.[1]

Abilities and Powers[]

Being a Sea King, the Lord of the Coast of Wano Country is naturally a very vicious and dangerous predator, as well as a powerful swimmer. Its speed and strength in water are great enough that even Luffy and Law had trouble fighting it, and the creature's presence alone was enough to hold the Thousand Sunny and Polar Tang away from the coast.

However, despite its strengths, it was unable to withstand Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Elephant Gun, and temporarily lost consciousness upon being hit by it.[1]

History[]

Wano Country Saga[]

Luffy, Law[]

At some point, the Lord of the Coast of Wano Country got a katana stuck in its throat, which stabbed against its insides.

In a rage at the pain, the Sea King began to attack everything in sight, blocking ships from approaching the coast of Wano Country and stranding Luffy and Law on the island. It eventually made its way to the shore where the two pirates stood and attacked them, allowing Law to get a glimpse of the katana; using Scan, he was able to confirm the katana's presence and inform Luffy.

Luffy jumped up and hit the Lord of the Coast of Wano Country with Gomu Gomu no Elephant Gun, throwing the katana out of its mouth. With the pain gone, the Lord of the Coast of Wano Country returned to the ocean, waving its tail in thanks as it left.[1]
