Loudness is a Marine officer who appears in WANTED and Pirate Sweeping Operation.[1][2]

He wears the standard Marine uniform along with a Marine hat on top of his dark brown hair that juts outwards.[1]
Personality[]
Loudness is a polite and respectful person with a good attitude, coming off as an older brother type to others. He sometimes overreacts and is a bit shy. He is also kind to children.
While he is a serious person, Mucho can be mischievous at times.[3]

WANTED[]
Loudness participated in the WANTED public display. His talent demonstration was an exaggerated victory pose, involving him pointing behind him then throwing his fist into the air.
Like the other participating Marines, he entered the crowd after the demonstrations were complete, bringing up crowd members to display their own talents. He later participated in Demaro Black's arrest.
Pirate Sweeping Operation[]
Loudness participated in the Pirate Sweeping Operation, working under Helmeppo and Koby to track down pirates.
