Luca is a mermaid who lives in the Mermaid Cove. She is one of the citizens who provided her signature in support of the relocation of Fish-Man Island's population. She is an anime-only character.[1]
Appearance
She is an average size mermaid with dark pink hair worn in a ponytail that is hold together by light green pearls. Her triangle bikini is orange with yellow, triangular hoops and small, dark brown triangles on the orange lines.[1]
Personality
Having handed in her signature, she is a supporter of the peaceful co-existence of Fish-Men/merfolk and humans; or at least of Otohime.[1]
Abilities and Powers
As a mermaid, Luca can breathe underwater and speak to fish via sonar waves. Furthermore, mermaids are generally considered the fastest swimmers in the world.[citation needed]

Luca's name was announced by Hody Jones as one of the people who supported Otohime's idea of relocating the population of Fish-Man Island to above the sea surface and living with humans. As such, she was considered a traitor to Fish-Man Island by the New Fish-Man Pirates and fated to be "dealt with", much to her terror.[1]
