Luca is a mermaid who lives in the Mermaid Cove. She is one of the citizens who provided her signature in support of the relocation of Fish-Man Island's population. She is an anime-only character.[1]
Appearance
She is an average size mermaid with dark pink hair worn in a ponytail that is hold together by light green pearls. Her triangle bikini is orange with yellow, triangular hoops and small, dark brown triangles on the orange lines.[1]
