Template:Char box Luca is a mermaid living in Mermaid Cove.[1] She is one of the citizens who provided her signature in support of the relocation of Fishman Island's population. She is an anime-only character.
Appearance
She is an average size mermaid with dark pink hair worn in a ponytail that is hold together by light green pearls. Her triangle bikini is orange with yellow, triangular hoops and small, dark brown triangles on the orange lines.
Personality
Having handed in her signature, she is a supporter of the peaceful co-existence of fishmen/merfolk and humans; or at least of Otohime.
Abilities and Powers
As a mermaid, Luca can breathe underwater and speak to fish via sonar waves. Furthermore, mermaids are generally considered the fastest swimmers in the world.
History
Fishman Island Arc
Luca's name was announced by Hody Jones as one of the people who supported Otohime's idea of relocating the population of Fishman Island to above the sea surface and living with humans. As such she was considered a traitor to Fishman Island by the New Fishman Pirates and fated to be "dealt with", much to her terror.
