Lucie approached the Straw Hat Pirates when they visited her café, asking if they had any ideas to make the Kajika more appealing to tourists. The Straw Hats offered to look into the other cafés in the area to come up with ideas, which Lucie accepted, suggesting they investigate Cats All Over.
Some time later, the Straw Hats returned, and repeated the customers' favorite parts of Cats All Over that they had heard. Notably, they pointed out the more refined feeling Cats All Over had, while Kajika serviced primarily the Galley-La carpenters and was more rough-and-tumble. Lucie wondered if there was a perfume that she could use to make it more appealing, and the pirates offered to visit Nanohana and buy some for her, which she accepted.
Later, the Straw Hats returned with the perfume, which Lucie loved. She bought it off the pirates, excited to hopefully receive more traffic in the future.[1]
