Meet the One Piece, stylized as Meet the “ONE PIECE", was a goods exhibition first held in Shibuya.[1] After concluding its stationary run, the exhibition went on a national tour. The Shibuya exhibition also included other installations and stores in Rayard Miyashita Park like All Faces, AI Luffy, and the Pop Up Store.[2]
From July 23 to August 21, 2022, Meet the One Piece held an in-person exhibit at the Shibuya Cast Space Garden. The exhibit included:[2]
Indoor Exhibition Area, displaying 25 years' worth of manga, anime, toys, games, and goods. Those who entered this area were given three free items: a Sunny Truck papercraft, a Straw Hat Pirates sticker, and a One Piece Card Game Promotion Pack 2022.
25th Anniversary Museum Shop, where visitors could buy original products limited to the event.
Outdoor Event Area, featuring the Sunny Truck, photo spots, and themed decorations on the ground and stairs made to look like footprints and silhouettes of the Straw Hat Pirates.

Limited Goods[]
A variety of limited-edition goods were sold at Meet the One Piece. Some, including the WCF Sunny Truck & Luffy, Special Play Mat 25th Anniversary Edition, and Premium Card Collection 25th Anniversary Edition, were only sold at the Shibuya exhibition during the month of July 2022. Products were sold again on the national tour.[2]

All Faces: A Face That Says It All[]
A giant gasha machine wearing a straw hat appeared at Miyashita Park, in an exhibition called All Face: A Face That Says It All. 10,000 faces were selected from volumes 1 to 60 and turned into can badges. Additionally, Oda’s 3,463 pen nibs used to create the manga were displayed.
To operate the All Faces Gasha, visitors had to turn the helm of the giant gasha to receive a face badge.
In its first-ever appearance, AI Luffy developed by SECOM and DeNA appeared in the hotel Sequence Miyashita Park. Created in cooperation with Shueisha and Toei Animation and voiced by Mayumi Tanaka, the natural speech of this AI version of the Straw Hat Pirates captain was created with a synthetic voice generated using pre-recorded clips as data. Visitors could interact with AI Luffy at the hotel.[2]

Pop Up Store - The Shibuya Souvenir Store.
A pop-up area was placed in the Shibuya Souvenir Store, where visitors could purchase 25th Anniversary products and other goods limited to the Meet the One Piece event.[2]

Four satellite shops in Shibuya sold limited 25th Anniversary products in special sections:[2]
Following the exhibit closed in Tokyo, the Sunny Truck traveled around Japan on an event tour to show off One Piece goods. The events included One Piece Card Game matches, stamp rallies, and event-exclusive goods.
