Milky is a reindeer mink of average height with brown eyes and long, blonde hair. She wears a green cloak draped around her back, a long, white laced dress that exposes her cleavage, long furry legs, and long, pink boots with high heels.[2]
Personality[]
Milky is very helpful toward Tony Tony Chopper, although it is unknown if she acts toward anyone else this way.[2] She is very popular among the other Guardians.[3]
Abilities and Powers[]
As a member of the Mink Tribe, Milky is a natural-born warrior and can use Electro;[4] furthermore, as a Guardian, Milky is likely more proficient in combat than the average Mink is.[2]

Zou Arc[]
When the Straw Hat Pirates came to the Whale Forest Residential District, Milky offered to guide Chopper to Nekomamushi, causing him to become love struck and stiff. She revealed that Nekomamushi was currently taking a bath, which shocked Chopper.[2]
The next day, Milky was with the rest of the Mink Tribe when Jack and his fleet returned to Zou. They were thrown into chaos by the pirates' attack on Zunesha,[5] but the threat subsided when Momonosuke commanded Zunesha to annihilate the enemy fleet.[6]
Milky is the only named female member of the Guardians.
Despite being named through an SBS, her name, along with a picture of her prior to her first appearance, can be seen on the back of a Mink Tribe member shirt on the last panel of Chapter 807.
As she is a reindeer mink, Tony Tony Chopper is shown to find her attractive, even behaving in a Sanji-like manner around her.
The idea of Chopper finding a beautiful female reindeer attractive was actually mentioned in SBS Volume 47.
Despite being a member of the Guardians, Milky's outfit is colored as if she's one of the Musketeers in both the digitally colored manga and anime adaptation of Chapter 959. In the digitally colored manga however, her hair is colored a different color from normal, pink, to presumably make her a different character altogether.
