Mitsuki is a high school student and former delinquent who fell in love with Nakatsugawa Usopp after he saved her from her ex-boyfriend's harassment.
She is a recurring tertiary character in the One Piece in Love spin-off series.
Appearance[]
Mitsuki is a teenage girl with short, dakr hair dyed blond, her root color still visible at the top of her head. She typically wears a casual patterned shirt with a sports jacket and a short, black skirt.
Personality[]
Mitsuki generally puts on a tough front, accentuated by her dyed hair and violent way of speaking. However, in reality, she is quite timid, and has a tendency to put on a tsundere act, especially when flustered. Additionally, she is extremely gullible, to the point that she believed Usopp could lift 5 tons because his hammer said "5t" on it.[1]
Her tough exterior was either convincing or true enough for her to have previous membership in a delinquent gang.[1]
Relationships[]
Nakatsugawa Usopp[]
Mitsuki has a crush on Nakatsugawa Usopp, initially as a result of him saving her from her ex-boyfriend. She believes the two of them to be on the same wavelength because he is a pirate and she used to be in a gang, and she has shown interest in dating him. However, he does not reciprocate these feelings, at least partially due to his One Piece obsession (due to not wanting to betray the fictional Kaya).[1]
Ex-Boyfriend[]
Mitsuki has a very negative relationship with her unnamed ex-boyfriend, who appears to not be over her. Their relationship is so negative that he harassed her in a park into getting back together with him, and was willing to hit her when she refused.[1]

Past[]
At some point in the past, Mitsuki was a member of a delinquent gang. Little is otherwise known about it or her involvement with it, but she is no longer a member.[1]
One Piece in Love[]
Mitsuki was accosted by her ex-boyfriend at a park, who demanded she get back together with him. When she refused, he moved to hit her, but was stopped by Nakatsugawa Usopp, who pulled her to safety.
Developing a crush on him over their interaction, Mitsuki visited the Pirate Club's clubroom the next day to meet him. When he was absent, she got advice on his favorite food and a date location he would enjoy from the club's other members. When he later visited the club, she asked him on a date, but was rejected.[1]
At some point, she held an "Elbaph banquet" with Usopp. When he lost his memory the next day, she burst into his recovery room and cried into his lap, distraught over the fact he forgot about her.[3]
