MocDonald[2] was a zombie who lived on Thriller Bark.[1]
Appearance
He is a tree who came to life after having a shadow put inside of it. He has what somewhat resembles a human face, with a long nose, and a big mouth. He has human hands with a pair of roots acting as legs. He has a tiny shrub near his roots.
Personality
MocDonald seems to be quite laid back, since he was seen drinking with Unigaro. He was also quite terrified by Luffy and his crew, pleading the captain to overlook him.[1]
History
MocDonald is first introduced in the Thriller Bark Arc when in search of Nami, Usopp, and Chopper, the rest of the Straw Hats are exploring Thriller Bark and came across him and Unigaro who were having drinks. Luffy grabs him and asks him and Unigaro if he wanted to join his crew, only for MocDonald to beg to be overlooked.[1]
MocDonald later reappears, as one of the zombies fleeing for their lives as an out-of-control Oars infused with Luffy's stolen shadow roams across Thriller Bark.
He turned back into a lifeless corpse after Moriah absorbed all of the shadows at Thriller Bark.[3]
Trivia
- His name is a pun on the name McDonald and Moku, which means tree.
