Mooo...rgan is a tyrannical instructor at a small school. He is extremely strict about students and visitors following the school's rules, and will use violence to enforce them.
He appears very similar to Morgan, and is frequently mistaken for him by those who only see his head, leading him to hide his body from the school's entrance.

Mooo...rgan is an extremely thin man, to the point that his ribs and muscles are visible through his skin. His head is significantly larger than proportional to his body, and looks nearly identical to Morgan's head, with the only difference being the word Möwe on his chin replaced with the word Mayuge, meaning "eyebrows".

Mooo...rgan is extremely strict, and, like his counterpart, doesn't shy away from using violence to get what he wants. He enforces a tyrannical rule over the school he teaches, attacking those who don't follow the rules.

Chin Piece[]
When Chinpy and his crew visited his school, Mooo...rgan got mad at them for disobeying school rules. He began to ruthlessly yell at Chinpy, and caused Chinpy to accidentally destroy the school through his attempts at obeying the rules.
Mooo...rgan was later arrested by the Marines for his conduct at the school.[1]
He, along with his students, was later asked by Eunkov to act in their movie, but left when they revealed that the cast wouldn't be paid;[2] whether he was arrested again afterwards is unclear.
