Captain Moore is an anime-only Marine, appearing in the Goat Island Arc.
Appearance
A full body view of Moore
Moore is a round person with a long face, a puffy red nose, whiskers and a goatee. His straightly combed hair and sideburns are dark gray. Like all high-ranking officers, he wears a double-breasted suit with a Marine jacket draped over his shoulders like a cape. His suit is a tan color, and underneath he wears a white tie.
Personality
He prefers to act immediately, without any great thinking. He seems to be a true believer in justice; however, he seems to lean more towards "moral justice".
Abilities and Powers
As a Marine captain, he has power over lower-ranking subordinates. He was not shown fighting.
History
Captain Moore's base.
When the Straw Hats revealed one of Moore's Chief Petty Officers, Minchey, to be a traitor, Moore allowed the Straw Hats to decide their battle location, which Luffy pointed to be a foggy area. As soon as Moore entered that area, he got shipwrecked.
