Vice Admiral Mozambia[3] is a Marine officer who attended the meeting with the Seven Warlords of the Sea to discuss Crocodile's replacement.[1]
Appearance[]

Mozambia is a dark-skinned man with short dark gray hair and a scar on the left side of his face, which he received as a young Marine while protecting civilians.[4] He wears a brown suit with a blue shirt and tie, with the standard Marine coat draped over his shoulders.
Personality[]
When his body was manipulated by Doflamingo of the Seven Warlords, Mozambia panicked because he did not know the cause of the manipulation.[1]
Abilities and Powers[]
As a Marine vice admiral, Mozambia is capable of commanding a Buster Call alongside other vice admirals. He also has authority over lower-ranking subordinates.
Weapons[]
Mozambia was seen carrying a katana during the meeting at Mary Geoise[1] and at the Summit War of Marineford.[5]
Haki[]
It was stated that all vice admirals possess Haki,[6] so Mozambia can also use the ability.

Mozambia unwillingly strangling Stainless and struggling against Doflamingo's puppet ability.
During a meeting held at Mary Geoise to discuss Crocodile's replacement in the Seven Warlords of the Sea, Doflamingo used his ability to make Mozambia and Stainless fight each other. The fight was stopped when Fleet Admiral Sengoku told Doflamingo to stop messing around.[1]

When the execution of Portgas D. Ace was announced, Mozambia reported to the summoning of the Marines to reinforce Marineford. Later, he and his fellow Vice Admirals lined up, ready to fight the Whitebeard Pirates.[5] When the Whitebeard Pirates advanced into the plaza,[7] Mozambia ordered his subordinates to attack Whitebeard. When Luffy was trying to get to the execution platform, he ordered Marines to stop him. Upon Shanks' arrival, when truce was declared, he stood down under Sengoku's orders.
