My Plans Never Fail!! is a gag one-shot written and drawn by Ryou Nakama to promote One Piece: Stampede. It was released in One Piece Magazine Vol.7, the Stampede special edition.
Plot[]
The story follows Kuro, who, after his time in Syrup Village, is now living alone in retirement in a small house. He receives a letter from Buena Festa inviting him to the Pirates Festival. After being overcome with emotion at the excitement of stealing Roger's treasure, he calms down and begins to consider his situation. After brushing off how Buena Festa even found out he was alive, he decides not to go, considering the whole affair too suspicious.
A few days later, he calls Jango and asks if he visited the Pirates Festival. After getting over his initial shock of hearing about Jango joining the Marines, he begins asking about whether or not the Worst Generation was present, and Jango informs him of the various pirates who were. Angrily, Kuro realizes he should have gone, and begins to destroy his furniture while continuing his conversation with Jango.
