NEO MADS was established by Vinsmoke Judge and Caesar Clown after they put aside their differences and acknowledged Vegapunk as their true obstacle. While the majority of Germa 66 cheered for the group's formation, Vinsmoke Reiju and Ichiji gave a disgruntled sigh before turning away from the celebration.[2]
Egghead Arc[]
When Vegapunk's preprogrammed global broadcast revealed his death, both Caesar and Judge were furious and dismayed as the purpose for NEO MADS to surpass the No. 1 scientist can no longer be achieved,[3] and the pair began arguing again.[4]
