Noemi is a slim, young woman with fair skin and long, wavy blonde hair. She also has green eyes, thin eyebrows, a thin nose, and long eyelashes. She wears a light-blue blouse and a white crop top underneath. She also wears a green beaded necklace, blue sunglasses with yellow tinted lenses, blue jeans, and a blue belt with metal decorations on it. Noemi always has a pink lollipop in her mouth.[1]
Personality[]
Not much is known about Noemi's personality. She warmly welcomed Monkey D. Luffy and his crew into her bar when they first met.[1]
