The Latest Epic Story[]
The Latest Epic Story is the first section in the booklet. It serves as a recap of the movie, aided by screenshots. When Mobambi, Bald Parrot, Karasuke, Battler, Hotdog, and Heaby are introduced, they are given short blurbs. Following the recap, a statement from Junji Shimizu, who directed the movie, is included, in which he explains his reasoning behind focusing the movie on Tony Tony Chopper.

Anime Concept[]
Anime Concept is the third section of the booklet. It includes artwork of locations in the movie and a short interview with Takashi Yoshiike, the movie's art director.
Cobby's Character Interview[]
Cobby's Character Interview is a series of interview with the Straw Hat Pirates, conducted by Koby. Each interview is accompanied by biological information such as age, birthday, and height, and a small bubble map of their relationships.
Playback Story[]
Playback Story is the fifth section in the booklet, recapping the previous two movies. Like in The Latest Epic Story, the movie-original characters all get short blurbs.The Hyena Three get a shared blurb, that identifies them individually in the text.
Short Film[]
Short Film is the final recap section, covering Jango's Dance Carnival and Dream Soccer King. Like the first two, it includes screenshots from the featurettes.
Voice Cast[]
Voice Cast is the seventh section in the booklet. It contains short interviews with the Straw Hat Pirates' voice actors.
Anime Illustration Gallery[]
Anime Illustration Gallery is the eighth and final section of the booklet. It contains various posters from the first two movies and Jango's Dance Carnival, framed as if in an exhibit.
