One Piece Pirate Sweeping Operation was a mini-show at Universal Studios Japan that was part of One Piece Premier Summer 2013.
The show took place in Universal Studios Japans' Amity Village, and was intended to find the kidnappers on Paradise Island. It was lead by the G-5 Marines, who sold Marine Curry to citizens who were inconvenienced by their investigation.[1]

Koby and Helmeppo lead an operation to track down pirates, notably those with a bounty of 
100,000,000+ or a Devil Fruit. To this end, they select members of the crowd in front of them.
In the end, either Smoker or Tashigi arrive and join the operation.
