One Piece Swordsman Roronoa Zoro -The Fierce Warriors- is a mobile slicing game release for Android on June 6, 2013 and iOS on July 10, 2013.[1] Service for the game was ended November 29, 2015.[2]

Gameplay[edit | edit source]

As a slicing game, One Piece Swordsman places players in control of Roronoa Zoro, the swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates. Enemies attack Zoro, and players slide their fingers across their phone’s touchscreen to fight them. Players also face obstacles they have to slice through. Special moves can be performed, and players can do additional damage using continuous hits and connecting points.

The game includes three modes: Training, Battle, and Continuous Battle. Training (鍛錬 Tanren?) gave players practice to hone their skills. Battle (戦い Tatakai?) allowed players to follow the manga’s story. Continuous Battle (連戦 Rensen?) placed players against endless enemies to measure their high score.

If players have both apps on their phone, One Piece Swordsman connects with One Piece Moja! to measure and compare high scores against other players online.[2]
