The 4Kids English dub of One Piece aired on Cartoon Network India sometime between 2006-2007. It was aired in Hindi as well as English. It aired on weekdays from 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm until the end of Arlong Park Arc, and was closed. Then it again started and aired on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm (4 episodes per day) and aired till Episode 82.
In 2013 after the Turner International India's license for One Piece expired, Disney UTV inc bought the license to One Piece.
One Piece premiered in India on 4 May 2013. On May 4, 2013, One Piece: The Movie premiered on Hungama TV (a Disney subsidiary) at 12 pm.
