The Organ Islands is the archipelago where Orange Town is located.[3]
History[]
Past[]
Forty years ago, this island was empty. Boodle and his people fled here from another town that was destroyed by pirates and decided to settle here. They built a new town, now called Orange Town.
When Buggy attacked Organ Island, the towns people and Mayor Boodle retreated to the hill on the outskirts of the town.[4]
East Blue Saga[]
Orange Town Arc[]
Through the efforts of Monkey D. Luffy, Nami, and Roronoa Zoro, Buggy was defeated and driven out of Orange Town. After Luffy blasted Buggy away, the refuged townspeople returned to town, ready to fight off the invading pirate force. Mistaking Luffy and his friends for the invaders, they chased the Straw Hats out of town, although Chouchou helped with their escape. Luffy also left some of Nami's loot behind in order to help the townsfolk into rebuilding Orange Town. Afterwards Buggy's men Cabaji and Mohji were driven out of town, allowing for the Orange Islands to become a peaceful archipelago once more.[5]
Trivia[]
- This island was not named in the manga but was named in the Red Databook.
