Pavlik[2] is an infamous New World pirate who allied himself with Whitebeard.
Appearance
Pavlik is a fat man with short legs and arms. During the Battle of Marineford, he wore a hat and suit, under a pirate captain's coat, giving him a sort of mafia-like appearance.
Personality
Not much is known of Pavlik's personality, other than that he was willing to fight to save Ace.

Pavlik is a fearsome pirate who has managed to achieve an infamous reputation in the New World, and to make an alliance with Whitebeard. He is seen using a large flintlock in battle that, in the anime, was strong enough to cause damage to a Pacifista.
History
Past
Some time prior to the current storyline, Pavlik became a known pirate in the New World and allied himself with Whitebeard.
Summit War Saga
Marineford Arc
When Portgas D. Ace was to be executed at Marineford, Pavlik joined forces with the Whitebeard Pirates to save him.
Immediately after the Vice Admirals entered the battle, Pavlik charged into battle alongside several of the other allied captains.[3]
Post War Arc
He, along with the rest of the crew, attended Whitebeard and Ace's funeral on a undisclosed island somewhere in the New World.
