The Pilabuggy Villain Alliance is an alliance between Pilaf and Buggy, formed to take down Goku and Luffy.[1] They act as comedic antagonists in the crossover one-shot Cross Epoch.
Members[]
The only two known members of the alliance are Pilaf and Buggy, though they have a large group of unnamed underlings. While in the alliance, both Buggy and Pilaf wear the character 悪 (waru?, "evil") on their hats.
Strength[]
Due to both Pilaf's and Buggy's relative lack of strength, the alliance is fairly weak. They lost near-instantly to a combined attack from Goku and Luffy, and even took serious damage from Zoro and Piccolo simply deflecting them.[1]
History[]
Cross Epoch[]
Hidden behind the Tettiri 55's papier-mâché cover, the Pilabuggy Villain Alliance challenged Goku and Luffy to a battle, intending to take them down once and for all. However, their cover was easily destroyed by a combined Kamehame Gomu Gomu no Bazoo'ha, and the alliance tried to flee. They were then attacked by a ki blast by Vegeta, and as they crashed, were deflected by Zoro and Piccolo's swords, leaving the alliance's two leaders in an injured heap on the ground.[1]
