Appearance[edit | edit source]
Rakuda is a large and muscular man with long and bushy dark hair gathered into a topknot. He wears a kimono with a dark flame-shaped design on the bottom and has a tattoo on his upper right arm. He has two scars, one on the right side of his head and the other on his right forearm.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Rakuda appears to be a blunt man who got angry when recalling how the blueprints of Kaido's fortress were stolen from him. However, he appears to be a greedy thief himself, as he took the blueprints from Tokijiro after realizing their value.
History[edit | edit source]
Past[edit | edit source]
At some point in the past, Rakuda saw that Tokijiro had the blueprints of Kaido's fortress on Onigashima. Realizing they could sell for a lot of money, he took the blueprints. However, the blueprints were later robbed from him by a masked man who claimed to be from Kuri.
Wano Country Arc[edit | edit source]
Franky came to visit Rakuda to look for the blueprints, and Rakuda told him about the blueprints being robbed from him. Rakuda celebrated during the Fire Festival alongside Kumagoro, Kobe, Kisegawa, and Tokijiro, fantasizing with them about the Kozuki Family defeating Orochi and Kaido.
