The Riki Riki no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants its user incredible strength. It was eaten by Jesus Burgess.[1]

Etymology[]

  • Riki (?) means "strength" or "power" in Japanese.

Strengths and Weaknesses[]

The Riki Riki no Mi bestows onto the user abnormal physical strength, such as the ability to lift up and throw gigantic objects.[1] Whether there is an exact limit to the strength increase is currently unknown.

No particular weaknesses are known for this ability apart from the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Usage[]

Burgess uses this fruit's power to bolster his already impressive physical strength to even further heights, to the point of being able to casually rip a mountain out of the ground, lift it over his head, and then hurl it away with his bare hands.[1]

History[]

Burgess gained the ability of the Riki Riki no Mi sometime after the events of Dressrosa as a result of the Blackbeard Pirates' Devil Fruit hunting.[2]

Trivia[]

  • This fruit is very similar to Urouge's unnamed Devil Fruit, as they both relate to enhancing strength. In comparison, Burgess' strength boost is either permanent or instantaneous while Urouge's power requires him absorbing and converting damage, which brings with it an increase in muscle mass.
