Rocks D. Xebec, commonly known simply as Rocks, was the captain of the Rocks Pirates. He was prominent 40 years ago, before the Pirate King Gol D. Roger came into power.[1]

Not much is know about Rock's strength, but it is said by Sengoku that during his time, he was so powerful that it took the strength of both Garp and Roger to take him down. He is also acknowledge to be the Pirate King's first and foremost formidable rival, beating even that of Whitebeard.
