The Rocky Port Incident was an incident that was perpetrated by Trafalgar Law during the two-year timeskip. It was first mentioned by Brannew when he reintroduced the Shichibukai.^[1]

History

Marine captain Koby protected citizens during the incident and became known as a hero.^[2]
