He has blond hair and wear a blue t-shirt with a smiley face on it.
History
He, along with Rapanui Pasqua, Isoka, Pukau and Akibi, managed to stop Wetton from pillaging Ruluka fifty years ago, and ends up in Ape's Concert through the Rainbow Mist along with Ian. He releases Ian, who was prisoner of the Pumpkin Pirates since their arrival, when Ian makes him believe he will behave nicely.
After that, he and friends meet the Straw Hat Pirates and an aging Henzo and, with their help, they manage to stop Whetton from taking over Ape's Concert and Rongo returned home along with his friends. Years later, he and his friends become members of the Marines.
Trivia
- His name is similar to the Rongorongo, a system of glyphs discovered in the 19th century.
