Ryuumonkou is an herb mix made of three ingredients. It is hated by Sigurd, and can be used to force it away.

Ryuumonkou can be made by combining three herbs: Emperor Carrot, found on Royal Sun Island; Dokudamin, found on Great Ground; and Doriano, found on Festa Circle.
According to Luffy, it smells terrible.

Legend of the Rainbow Island[]
Intent on going to Rainbow Island, both the Drayke and Straw Hat Pirates traveled to make Ryuumonkou to counteract Sigurd, collecting the three necessary ingredients.
When the Straw Hats ran into Sigurd, they threw their Ryuumonkou at it, successfully causing it to run away.
