Sasoz is a fish-man cook who ran his own restaurant, before joining Chinpy's crew. He is a counterpart of Sanji.[1]
Appearance[]
Sasoz is a tall, light blue fish-man wih blond hair. His hair covers one of his eyes, and the other is very round, with a curly eyebrow above it. He has thick orange lips and a protruding mouth, as well as fins instead of arms.
Personality[]
Sasoz is slightly delusional, considering his near-deadly cooking to be very well-made. He assumes that anybody approaching him is attempting to become his disciple.

Like his counterpart, Sasoz is a professional chef. However, unlike Sanji, Sasoz' is a terrible cook, to the point where eating his food caused Mechayowa Yoro to throw up blood and pass out. Despite this, Sasoz considers his food delicious, and happily eats it.[1]
Sasoz later gains the ability to emulate Supreme King Haki by preparing a dish of terrible smelling objects, though, it affects him as well.[2]
History[]
Chin Piece[]
Sasoz was in his house when Chinpy, Kusopp, and Mechayowa Yoro entered. Chinpy asked him to join the crew due him being a cook and the similarity of his name to Sanji's. However, Sasoz misunderstood the recruitment as the group attempting to become his disciples, and stated that they would have to cook something to impress him.
They accepted the challenge, and Kusopp was the first to make an attempt. However, Sasoz disliked his food, failing him. Yoro was the next to make an attempt, which Sasoz enjoyed; Kusopp then challenged Sasoz to make his own dish, which Sasoz accepted. After completing it, Yoro tried it, passing out from the disgusting taste. Convinced to recruit Sasoz, Chinpy then made a dish, stunning Sasoz and convincing him to accept the recruitment.
Some time later, Sasoz joined the rest of the crew on the Boin Archipelago. He was quickly defeated by a Macho Man Who Looks Like an Old Man With a Carrot Growing on his Head, but after Chinpy knocked him unconscious, placed him into a pot with a Road Snake. This resulted in the two merging, and Dareyorimo Tsuyoi was born. Before leaving the archipelago, the crew tried out the stew Sasoz made, with all but Sasoz spitting it up due to the disgusting taste.
Sasoz was later present when the group ran from a Marine soldier and recruited Chiyobbaba. When she covered Chinpy's penis, Sasoz praised her for keeping track of the captain, distracting her and causing her to lose him. Due to this, the group was again found by the earlier Marine soldier, and arrested for public indecency.
The group was eventually passed along to Pink Koinu, Mint Kotori, and Lemonade Kozaru, though Sasoz was able to escape from his restraints in the process. He, along with Chiyobbaba and Chinpy, tried to rescue Yoro and Kusopp, but were stopped by the three Marines; to compensate for their weakness, they went to train and develop Haki for two minutes.
Upon returning, Sasoz was able to emulate Supreme King Haki, using it to impress the three Marines, though he knocked himself out before he could use it against them. He woke back up when the Marines left, waving them goodbye.
The pirates continued to travel together, until they eventually encountered Yamada Shinichi. Shinichi convinced Chinpy to return to his family, and the crew split up.
Future[]
Some time later, Sasoz opened a successful restaurant, famous for food so disgusting that it goes viral on social media.
