Scarlett was Rebecca's mother.[1]
Appearance
Scarlett looked very similar to Rebecca, wearing her hair in a braided ponytail with two pieces hanging down from the sides. She sported a light colored button up dress with frills at the bottom during Rebecca's flashback when they were at the Flower Field.
Personality
Scarlett cared very much for her daughter and tried desperately to protect her, taking her away from the violence that went on in Dressrosa when Doflamingo took over. She died when going out to get food for Rebecca.[1]
History
She once lived a happy life with her daughter, Rebecca. When the Donquixote Pirates came to Dressrosa and framed the Riku Royal Family for burning a town, Scarlett and her daughter were attacked by a group of rebels. They managed to escape thanks to the help of Thunder Soldier.[1]
Thunder Soldier carries Scarlett's dead body.
Hunted down by the Donquixote Pirates, they grew hungry from not eating anything after two days on the run. Scarlett went to a town to buy food but was killed. Thunder Soldier returned to Rebecca with Scarlett's body and the food she wanted to give to her.[1]
