Shooter

Shooters are a type of vehicle and variation of the Wavers.^[2] They are used in Skypiea, typically by Shandia warriors^[1] and Enel's military forces.^[3]^[4]

Design and Function[]

Shooters are curved black rails attached to the underside of the wearer's feet, resembling a pair of ice skates.^[1] A Breath Dial is mounted on the middle of each side, serving as the propulsion device.^[1]

Shooters allow the wearers to travel on Sea Clouds on foot, in a fashion similar to ice skating. The White Berets were able to combine these skis with the streams created by their Milky Arrows to confuse and capture their enemies.^[4] Wyper equipped his shooters with seastone, enabling him to negate Devil Fruit powers.^[5]^[2]
