Spencer[3] was a member of the Roger Pirates until the crew's dissolution.[1] His current whereabouts and status are unknown.

Spencer's concept art.

Spencer is an average-sized man with light skin, and light colored hair tied in a ponytail, with an even fringe and two strands framing his face. During his travels with the Roger Pirates, he wore a dark shirt with a light color jacket with several styled patches on the left arm, light colored pants, and flat light colored shoes.[4]

Not much is known about Spencer's personality, but he was shown joyfully partaking in his crew activities.[5]

Abilities and Powers

As a member of the Roger Pirates, Spencer is likely a formidable fighter and pirate.

In his concept art, he is depicted with a sword sheathed at his waist.[3]

At a certain point, Spencer joined the Roger Pirates. 25 years ago, when Kozuki Oden joined the crew, he celebrated with the rest of his crew, welcoming him.[1]

During the crew final journey to Laugh Tale, he witnessed the Road Poneglyph on Fish-Man Island, and enjoined the company of his crew.[5]

After the crew found all four Road Poneglyphs, he was part of the team to locate and chart their course and laughed with the rest of his crew when reaching there.[4]

When Gol D. Roger left the crew, Spencer tearfully bid him farewell.[6]

His whereabouts after his captain disbanded the crew are unknown.
